The Angler's Roost is a finished walkout at Lake Anna, with private drive and water access located in a gated community.

Its all new and fresh, 2 bed room, 1 bath with tile floors in Kitchen and Bassroom. Wood floors in the rest of the unit.

It is Angler Friendly with a outdoor plug for charging your boat and the free use of a boat ramp just down the street. Walking distance from the lake.

Private drive with plenty of parking for a boat.

Its amenities include: satelite TV, sink, stove top, microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator and outdoor porch with charcoal BBQ Grill: Pots, pans,utensils, glass and cups.

All you bring is food and drinks.

We are on the lake so we are somewhat remote, but we do have a Food Lion, Subway and a pizza shop only 2 minuets away. We are only 8 mins away from the local watering hole. (Chelsee Joe's), located just North of the 208 Bridge about 2 miles.
